Landmark Contractors, Inc. conducts operations in the highway & heavy construction industry and has for the past 23 years. We perform work in all phases of road construction including concrete paving, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, excavation, bridges, box culverts, concrete structures, and underground utilities. Landmark engages in contracts for all government funded road agencies and municipalities in the six-county surrounding Chicagoland area, along with residential and commercial developers. We maintain a current license and approved Pre-Qualification with the Illinois Department of Transportation on file at all times.

Landmark retains notable relationships and memberships at numerous agencies within the community, including Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry – President’s Club, Huntley Youth Sports Organization, Better Business Bureau, Fox Valley General Contractors Association, Lake County Contractors Association, Associated General Contractors of America and many more!

We feel it is not only important to belong to these strong organizations but also to be an active member in our community. We have remained active in local youth & high school sports programs as well as academic scholarships programs throughout our community for many years. Our mission includes many, many more years continuing the same or even better traditions!
